"‘The Moirai’ unites three generations of women—Paraskeva, Maria, and Mia—across a century of history, from 1928 through war, communism, and modern complexities. Inspired by the Greek Fates, the figures stand against shifting skies and earth, veiled in dripping earthen pigments. Maria, crowned in gold, bridges past and future, her obscured eyes holding silences and inherited weight. Paraskeva embodies steadfast beginnings; Mia carries the thread forward, seeking to break cycles. Their blindness reflects generational secrets and suppression. Gold gleams like a divine thread, binding faith, memory, and maternal legacy into a single act of fate."
